popegirl @tash.farr @millercarm idk truthfully! I feel like i can't even take much credit. He was more than ready, I've felt he was ready for a few months, but we had a huge move and I wanted to wait until we were settled in our own place w a routine. For the actual potty training, I wanted to do the quick few day method and be DONE, I had zero interest in having it go on for weeks. We ran out of diapers & I said that's it, not buying anymore, and told liam we were all done with them. I put him in undies the first day, and gave him drink after drink after drink so he had to go a lot and got lots of practice. Then, every 15 min. We went to the toilet and pee peed like a big boy. When he went he got a sticker or candy and I made a really big deal out of how awesome it was. He got excited to be able to go 'pee pee like a Big boy' and get a sticker. He had a few accidents the first day, but they really tapered off after that. Now #2...that's a diff story. He's only done that in the toilet once. I'm lost there. 😳

tash.farr Lucky you! Some days Owen does great! But others he cries for a diaper. #2 hasn't happened with us in the potty yet! It's like it's terrifying for him! But spring break is coming up and I will be home with him. I'm determined for it to happen then. He, however, may not agree!
